I've never seen soft doors for the 60 series. Maybe in a very early brochure once. Definitely the 4WG60 had them, that was the predecessor to the 60 series.

In the US the Patrol model is L60, sometimes the true '69 is a KL60. G60s are in Australia and New Zealand, Colombia has LG60s. G60s are right hand drive, have the large H266 rear diff and are usually mid wheel base. :ugeek:
Beyond any hope for intervention

Yeah, but with my relative lack of knowledge and experience, I will take as much showing off as I can get.

In the hours of reading I have done lately, keeping model designations straight has been difficult. Jags, MGs, Triumphs (bikes and those with four wheels), Benzs, air-cooled VWs, and the usual assortment of domestic stuff all seem a little more simple when it comes to questions of identification.

Thanks for the responses, guys.
