I think I have one near my boneyard Patrol. Not sure of it's condition. Probably crusty. I can go look in a few days if it drys out enough CJ or access.

Just FYI, you may have already encountered this, but the only “flap” or tube protectors available come with the valve-stem hole centered in the flap. Our wheels require an offset hole. I’ve had to replace the damaged tubes on my wheels caused by tire store forcing them out of place.
I’ve punched new offset holes in the flaps, and plugged the old holes to prevent the tube extruding through.
