Needed: OEM headlight switch
does anyone have an OEM 3 position (off, low, high) headlight switch they could sell? It's for my 1969.

Well, it was one year only, so it will be hard to find. Unfortunately, I must keep my spare just in case, because there are none left. However, many three position old school switches will do, from just about any car from the era. Break out the ohm meter and a 1969 anything and you can have a switch.
Back in the day it was common to pry apart the switch and then clean and polish the internals, that is if you have the switch. It is a really simple mechanism.

I do have the switch, and already had taken it apart and cleaned everything. But the internal plastic slider piece is what broke. However, I just fixed it tonight and made it work! Although a spare would also be good to have, just in case...
