Been working to restore a 67 hardtop for the last 5 or 6 months. Found it locally and it had been sitting for several years at least. Mostly complete with the exception of the glass and radiator. Hoping to have it up and running in the next few months. I see some familiar names from Club Fronty in here. Looking forward to learning more about this very cool little rig.

Welcome to 60Patrol nomad. I haven't been on the Club Fronty in a couple years. Sold my Frontier and bought a Jeep JKUR. Being a lifelong Nissan fan, I do have 2 Patrols I have picked up over the years for retirement years projects. A few buddies were on me to get one of them running. Worked on it a bit, got it close, had other things come up, lost focus, hope to refocus later this year to finish getting it driving.

Post pictures of what you have and your progress. Post up a pic of your Frontier if you are still driving it.

Sold my Frontier to a coworker here and still see it every once in a while. Makes me miss it a bit, minus all the missing paint! Hopefully there will be a new generation in the next couple years finally. It is being developed right now. Can't wait.

How's it going? Thanks for the welcome! Saw your screen name on here while browsing and I remembered you had a patrol from CF. I'm not on there nearly as much anymore either. I still have the fronty. Still wheeling the crap out of it regularly. Countless trips to Moab and a couple trips through the Rubicon and it's still smashing everything in its way : ) In fact, I've got a vk swap coming in the not too distant future. I'll get some pix up of the truck and the new Patrol.

Yeah, a couple of us here. I have a 69 that is right there, drive it around the block and such. The 20 year old brand new tires are a little sketchy, but I am unwilling to buy new ones until it is a little more dependable.
The mut is gutted and sitting in a shop ready for its next transformation. But my buddy and I have to many logs on the fire right now. Did a couple runs (about 1000 dirt miles) after the last transformation, but my wife really wants a cage after all the air time.

I was reading through your build thread on the 69. Looks like you're in pretty deep but you'll end up with a really nice and reliable rig. So far my axles and running gear look to be in pretty good shape so I'm not sure yet if I'm doing a full tear down or not. Just got the seats back from upholstery and they're almost too nice for the rig but they'll be really comfy at least. Almost done with the brakes too so I'm super stoked on that.
I saw some pix from that big offroad trip you did with the mut and your buddy in the Ranger. Wish I could have made that one but it was right in the middle of one of my work trips if I remember right.
I hear you with the project overload too. Besides the dang Patrol I'm working on a vk swap for the fronty (and it needs a cage too), doing some refurb on my jet boat, revamping the suspension on my e46 M3 and starting a class 2000 race car build with my parts truck Titan so I've got a bit of a handful haha!
