using a fluid transfer pump with regular oil and syntheuic
used a fluid transfer pump with 80 w 90 regular gear oil. think ill run into any issues if i use the same pump for 75 w 90 synthetic on my tacoma? not sure if the minimal amount in the pump and hose would cause contamination issues? tank has been drained as best as possible and hose cleared out as best as possible as well, opinions?

Even without thoroughly cleaning the pump as you have done, I don't think you'll run into any problems. We've all have switched to synthetic or back and forth at some point, engine or transmission, without even bothering with the amount of oil that remains inside.
