North Korean Military Patrol?
Is it possible that North Korea uses Patrols as their military vehicle? Take a look at the footage from the defector's brash dash across the border, kinda looks like a Patrol in the ditch.

It does look like a Patrol. I just hope it isn't.

I don't think it's a Patrol. Check out this image

Best guess - since they're chummy with the Chinese, it's probably of chinese origin.

The UAZ 469 is the original version, it is a modern version with new sheet metal, same 1940s motor and drivetrain.
