Watch out I just got Screwed

I posted on this site that I was looking to purchase a patrol. I responded to an email from BOB HARVEY of PENDLETON or ROSEBURG, OREGON. I sent him a $2000.00 money order with the intention that the patrol would be delivered to me, by a family member at 10am this morning. Of the we can not locate the man by phone or any other number. And most importantly the patrol did not show up at our designated location. Watch out for this guy, he knows patrols and is very convincing. I wouldn't even buy parts from him. Wish us luck in our legal pursuit to recover the vehicle or the money.

Man that is bad news Jeff... Say, is it posiable that the reason you cant reach him is that he may be delivering it in place of the family member? How long has it been sense you talked to him? Good luck! Grant

No, It was to be deliverd thursday and I havent got a phone call (its sunday know)

I dont know if you are still interested in a patrol but I work with a guy who has 1964 sitting in his back yard. All original. I dont know what shape the engine and body are in, but the guy wants 1000.00 for it and he would probably deliver it to you then you could pay him in person. If you are interested let me know and I will get you his phone number. Or it may even be easier if you came out to California to check it out. Just let me know if you are intrested. If you are still intrested in a patrol, I have talked to a guy in my area (central california) and he has a 1964 all origonal that was supposedly had the whole driveline gone through a few years back that he bought for his friend but was never bought from him, it has been sitting at his house for about 4 or 5 years and has not since then started. It has complete hard top doors and everything with it, but some minor dents in the front panels, I have not seen it but could possible get some pics from him if you are intersted, he said that he only wants a grand for it, but he may even take less, he was trying to give it to me as a parts car.. ; Do You Yahoo!?; Sign-up for Video Highlights of 2002 FIFA World Cup
