Probably only the newest members, and few of them if they have done much searching on the forum, don't know Esteban and understand his wealth of valuable Patrol information or realize what a great person he is. What few of you do know is that Esteban came to the United States 13 years ago from Ecuador. I don't recall the exact details but I'm pretty sure it was on a work visa. With the assistance of a past member he was able to bring his beloved Patrol with him into America. If you don't already know, this is a 1965 Patrol that has been in his family since 1967. That's an accomplishment in itself. Before coming to this country Esteban was active in Patrol social media sites, providing helpful information and he has remained active since arriving here.
Esteban has shared much with many of us. I wanted to take this opportunity to share with the community a very proud moment for him.
A month ago, Esteban officially became a U.S. citizen!!! 
I am so very happy for him. I think this is especially poignant in this very tumultuous political arena highlighting immigration. Congratulations Esteban, you and your Patrol are now Americans.
