Very fair price. Someone needs to jump on that.

Wow, that sure looks WELL worth the money! Wonder if it's a soft top originally? I was ready to jump in the Jeep and head to Alexandria VA........oh well. :D Not as close to me as I thought at first.

EDIT: just noticed in the ad it says "TITLE MISSING". Some states I guess that's not a big deal, but it is a HUGE deal in North Carolina. Maybe this is why it's so reasonably priced??

Also noticed it's not in the Registry (or, at least I couldn't find it).

Hey, that is the barn find Patrol that sold about 16 months ago. There is a thread on that one within the forum. I recall the previous owner advertised it as "not a rust bucket". Based on my recents costs, it is well worth it, if the rust is minimal. I think that is the original paint too, it looked real nice after he waxed it, based on forum pictures.

it has the longer latch on the back doors... does that indicate soft top?

Yes, the long latch indicates a soft top. Good eye, your catching on. ;) Another indication of a soft top is that the interior color is the body color instead of gray.

Looks like a great buy....only problem is the LSU sticker....instant $1500 devaluation. :D
