So, how much of that gallon was left when you made it?

I had a spare gallon in the cab, started running out couple of blocks down the road and had to reload.

Get some use out of it first. Then decide what you want to do to it.
Beyond any hope for intervention

Been a while, built some tools sand blasted a bunch of stuff and powder coated it
Once I figured it out I had to start over on all the parts and this is what I'm left with.

Matt,
those came out really nice. I'm guessing that you're all moved in and your shop is functional now? I am doing the same on my Patrol currently - putting in the heater and defrost vents that I purchased off of ebay. I hope mine comes out looking as good as yours did.
Don.
