Wow. That looks fantastic. Is it a medium wheel base?

My Patrol originates from Colombia and has the hardtop that was unique to Colombia. I actually like the Columbian hardtop, mainly because I can't imagine having a soft top in the Northeast during winters. It would be nice if it were removable.

Having a look at them L60Boerne id defiantly say its a MWB frame, SWB one would be a foot shorter.

The only issue you will have with a SWB is the Side bars at the top will need to be shortened aswell at the 2 centre supports that run down the centre of the car will also need to be shortened.

Hope that helps.

PS - Raul has 2 G60s both are Softops and are MWB's

Thanks G60, I can tell you would have skill to quickly make the conversion. God put both my thumbs on backwards and my index finger is usually in my nose....which leaves me challenged when it comes to modifying anything. I'm at best a plug and play Patrolee.
Maybe your assessment will be used to produce a Short Bed version. If so, i know one that will be sold, maybe two.

Thanks to Plateaucal comments I want to clarify that depending of car's model the Frame Change. For oldest models before 1968 the rear pipe is different. It cross the top of the car body and is fasten on 2 parts (please see one picture of my original 1964). After 1968 the rear pipe do not croos the body car and is fasten just over the top of the body. (Please see the picture of my original blue 1981). The pictures of frame during building process are for last models.

For short cars there are some changes too. The main diference is that not used the middle arc pipe.

Each time we build one frame, first confirm all of this details in agree with car model.

Thanks
