U-cup cylinder seal alternative?
p/n 44112-E5010
Is there an alternative part for this? These are discontinued and i have tried numerous times reaching out to www.nissanparts.cc with no success. If i can get 6 of these i can rebuild my cylinders since they are not pitted.

Re: U-cup cylinder seal alternative?
I think the seal is different for the rear cylinders? Most of us quit looking for those parts since the cylinders are readily available and inexpensive on eBay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/331677862533?_t ... EBIDX%3AIT
Beyond any hope for intervention

I think I have a few of these in my stash. I won't be home for a week or so but when I get back I can check and see if you can wait that long.ctcruiser wrote:p/n 44112-E5010

Re: U-cup cylinder seal alternative?
Ok I located the ones in my stash. I do have the 6 you need plus 2 extras. I would like to have a full set as backup so lets do this. The part number on my packaging is 44112-E5001 purchased directly from Nissan Dealership. If you would try and see if they are still available then great, you can just order those. If not then let me know and I will send these out to you. How does that sound?

Justin, can you verify the part number with a picture? , the part number that is listed is different than the one you mentioned.

I just checked really quick and found some for sale on Amayama. They are not original Nissan but should work. https://www.amayama.com/en/search?regio ... 4112-e5001

Re: U-cup cylinder seal alternative?
I was looking yesterday at a set of wheel cylinder seals that I have (they were misplaced and found them yesterday
) They're in a box from the manufacturer, SEIKEN with the following reference:
4518R - 1"
Please note that Seiken is the original manufacturer for the brake seals in the Patrol.
If you do a search with the reference above, they are available at Amazon.co.jp (the Japanese site), for a converted $20 for 10 cups, plus shipping. One has to register in this site, since your credentials from the US website don't work.
Maybe we can do a group purchase with a single individual, and then distribute them. In the mean time, I'm trying to source them in Ecuador through Pancho.
