So I won this on ebay
not sure what I'm going to do with it yet, but trying to arrange transport from my native NM to CT.

Not sure if this is going to be a project, probably not. But, certainly there will be some good parts to come out of this.

That's what caught my eye. I really wanted those. I don't know if they're complete - and if they are, what condition they're in.

I guess I didn't scroll down.
Yes, the PTO and winch look complete. The PTO drive shaft appears to be there also. I don't think the winch is a Koenig, but it looks like it should work. Nice score!

Beyond any hope for intervention

Boy, if that engine turns and fires, then that's a nice score... Lots of primo spare parts there.
for the shipping, go to uship.com, and start seeking bids - you might get a cross country car hauler who is just looking to fill his last slot, and might give you a smoking cheap bid

Re: So I won this on ebay
Quick update on this auction win. My initial offer on Uship went unanswered. Not even a bid. Apparently no one wanted a hung of junk that couldn't even roll. Its been difficult to find someone willing to take the load. However I think I'm closer. I found a towing company who could pick it up and load it onto a hauler. I also found one in Connecticut that could do the same for the offloading. Now I just need to find a shipper who wants the load. That should be much easier now. I can't wait to see this thing.... My wife on the other hand, not so happy.. but, she's being a good sport about it. I do need to make this thing disappear quickly though. I'll need to disassemble and get the various components out for repair quickly. If the frame is in good shape, which it looks to be, I'd really like to take it somewhere to get e-dipped to kill the rust and to seal it up so that it doesn't re-appear. Does anyone know of a place in the northeast?

Good morning, did you ever find a hauler? If not, there is Patrolee named Jim in PA needs to bring a trailer down to get the hardtop from Presidio Patrol, which is located about 200 miles from Anthony, NM. Maybe you could split expenses?
I'd be glad to send along his info if interested.
