Can someone help label these for me? I know most, but a few things look to be missing and I need a little help - thanks!

Not 100% sure but ill take a Crack
A- Light Switch pull knob
B- Don't think its original ?
C- Left blinker operation Light
D- Right Blinker Operation light
E- Starter motor push Button
F- Interior Dash/Map Light
G- Unknown ?
H- Dash Light Switch
I- Unknown ?
J- Vehicle Hand Throttle Control
A- Light Switch pull knob
B- Don't think its original ?

Michael has most of it right. Some of the 'pukas' (holes) are for North American or hardtop only, so I'll help out here.
B. Should be choke cable.
C. and D. Red is the turn signal indicator, green is high beam indicator. Or maybe I've got that backwards?
G. Dome light in rear
I. Heater/fan switch.
The ones in the glove box were moved or added by a previous owner. You'll have to trace them down yourself. There shouldn't be ant switches or knobs in the glove box.
