I picked up a Patrol today...

I picked up a Patrol today...
I didn't notice when I was checking it out but both fenders have been cut. Whats the solution for this? Should I cut more and try to even it out? Add metal and try to repair?

Easiest solution is probably to source a pair of new fenders.. Failing that I guess you could try and trim them til they match. How bad are they? Pics?

Are you referring to the front fenders of the rear quarter panels?
