Original Patrol windshield rests
The repros with nipple attach,as original, are on the left, original rest used as pattern on the right for early L60,KL60 & G60? To date I have sold one set of the bolt on repros to a club member,& satisfaction was expressed by the club member.I have sold some sets of the bolt on type to overseas Patrol owners & those who have replied have been very pleased. I will be selling a few more sets on ebay. This is a photo of the 1st set I have been able to reproduce off an original. I am open to trade check my parts wanted ad. I would be interested in buying a set of the windshield rests. Cost? Payment method? My 67 L60 has 4 empty holes that need help! Thanx, Geekwood on the eastern Sierra.

; Hello Geekwood on the eastern Sierra, I made a dozen sets early in the year ,sell for $35 set & $5 for ship/h so $40 total if you are in the US & moneyback guarantee..I have photos of them posted both sites..currently out of stock, but I will make another dozen sets in the next few weeks,as there seems to be interest in them again..they aren't a lot of fun to make & wish they could be cheaper.....but.. I made them for my Patrol so I will make them for others for a while. I have sold a few on ebay. Check or money order fine,or PPal. I will answer this post in a week or two when I have some available again ...Ragu on the western Rockies

; Hello pauluspages,I recast the hood windshield rests using an original off my 1962 L60,the repros have 1/4" stainless studs mechanically anchored in the rubber(tuff urethane rubber)look as original & should last longer(no nipples to break off)they come with all stainless attach washers, locks, nuts. Should be photo ads on both Ptrol sites I did this spring ?...also duplicated original nipple attach type if you need originality out of stock at the moment on both types but I plan to start recasting (bolt on type) this weekend ..set is $40 includes shipping. original nipple type are more labor intensive so more$. Thanks for your interest! ragu
