This one had a lot going for it. It would make someone a nice daily driver and/or trail runner.
Beyond any hope for intervention

I have seen this one in person, it's 30 mins from me.

I don't like it as much as the other because the interior is really rough, seems to have rust issues. and it's lifted and on large tires. Missing lots of glass and signal lenses. I know the glass is easy enough to fix since it is flat glass... but.

that one looks like it has aftermarket springs - it looks lifted, and the springs look to have more arch than stock -

if those are a set of Alcan or Dobbinson springs under it, then that is a thousand dollar head start on the project.... 8-)

He said he took the springs off and had them re arched. and added another spring to give it some lift.

He seems to be flexible in his price. I haven't negotiated with him at all. I am waiting to see the one in Chattanooga. I was thinking around $2500 to maybe $3000? http://www.60patrol.com/forum/posting.p ... 16&p=21655#

hmm not as good as a set of replacement springs - re-arched springs typically sag back to their original position after awhile, and if he added leafs then that will make the ride more harsh... :?

Makes since to me. It was cool being lifted but not sure it would be for me.
