Oil Filler Caps

Hi guys can someone please post a photo of the correct oil filler cap for a 1966 G60, apparently i don't have the correct one, i noticed today my mate neil has a different oil filler cap to my g60's, i think I've seen his type before on others g60's. please post a pic of your oil Cap

Michael,

This is an original cap, factory painted. The color looks different in the two pictures, but it's only because of angle and lighting. This oil cap is for engines that have the breather tube coming from the crankcase. Most USA Patrols will probably have a different cap.

This cap is breathable.

cheers for the reply guys, yes my mate Neil's is like the one esteban posted, except i thing its chromed, but hard to tell with the oil all over it. Also Neils has several holes in the botton side with the same material stuff that in the top of the early crankcase breather tubes.

i think you need a cap bosque, real soon dotn want to damage the duco, oh and wait till you see neils engine bay, ad his got a cap.
