Just bought a 1967.....
Hi Guys.......I never even HEARD of a Patrol, until I passed by one for sale on a side road.......90% rust-free, all original (except paint/rims/tires).......Hard-top, with "barn doors"........Got two big boxes of new spare parts.......Was running, but may need ignition switch.......I found a2009 Utube video, posted by seller who sold it to the guy that I bought it from.....Claimed 38,000 miles....May be true..........I paid $2500, as it sat.........I would like to get some plain steel, original rims, and tires, if anyone knows what will fit and look somewhat original......Also, while the metal is all nice, all of the window and door gaskets are literally disintegrating...........Anyone know of good, or "close" (useable) replacements..........Especially need advice on the sliding rear-window gaskets!!! Thank you, in advance, as I am sure I will be bugging you guys with a million more questions!! Matt Mercer

There are several recent posts regarding weatherstrip here: http://www.60patrol.com/forum/viewforum.php?f=5
The rear sliding window weather strip is a tough one. What usually happens is that we get a group buy together. There is one contact that arranges to have 10 of the weatherstrips made. It might be time to get another group buy organized, it's been a few months since the last one.
You'll find a wealth of information here, either by searching or asking. Feel free to look around! And we really, really like pictures, lots of pictures.
Welcome!
