I have found that the reverse pressure bleeder is the most effective, but you should always start with the cylinders that are the farthest from the master.Dave

I have 1966 Patrol. I was attempting to get horn to function, and I touched the positive side of battery to steering column. It sparked, and then nothing would work. No fuses are blown. When I turn the ignition, none of the gauges move. If I put one lead of voltmeter to positive side of battery then...

make sure that your points are not in contact with the body of the distributor, mine did and the problems sound the same

Well, I have spoken with many people in botht he Nissan and the Toyota organizations and found that Toyota agreed not to import their sports car (competition for Nissans 240z and 260z) in return Nissan would no longer import the far superior Patrol and leave that market to Toyota and the Landcruiser...
