Looking at buying a new set of wheels for my 1964 Patrol. It came to me with 15” wheels that were rusty.... really rusty.... but it had been sitting for 29 years so that makes sense... anyhow.... what width and back spacing should I be looking for??

My pictures don’t want to load.... idk... but my patrol has a take to it that won’t barely clear 31x10.50 tires.... I want to run 265/75R17 which is a 31.5x11x17.... my front end looks like it’s sagging pretty bad compared to other pics I have seen.... not sure why.... but I really don’t want to lif...

Is there any company that makes a 2”-3” lift for the Patrol?? Or do I have to do an under 2 over axle swap?

I have been reading posts for several hours today and it seems like good knowledgeable mechanics are hard to find for these L-60 Patrols. I am no mechanic myself but am fairly good at turning wrenches on my other rigs I have owned. Which leads me to my next question.... if I were to do a motor/trans...

Small world.... this is the Patrol I just bought. I just got it home last night. It will definitely need some work but extremely happy I found one this close to home

I just picked up a 1964 L60 hardtop that was a barnfind. It has not been registered since 1990 and odometer say 45k but pretty sure it’s turned over. Has minor surface rust and minimal body work needed. Young kid 18-20 or so tried to start body work and flat blacked it over factory paint... So anyho...
