Does anyone know if the VIN number will determine if the vehicle was a factory hard top, or soft top?

hello River Patrol I wish I was closer to you than Arizona I would love to get a stock front axle for my 67 it now has some kind of manual hubs from Colorado don't remember the name.
are the front hubs on your Axle stock?
