Re: Just got a free Patrol for father/son resto
Congradulations on your new project! I just started my 69 rebuild also about a month ago. They are fun to work on, little hard to find parts but its worth it as they are unique. Looks like the back fenders were not only cut but looks like tubs were added also Yes they are tubbed. My friend had 44's...

Re: Just got a free Patrol for father/son resto
Good to see another patrol salvaged, though that from custom spring hanger mount looks wild as, it appears there is no shackles to allow the springs to travel and go with the corrugations, might end up being quiet a rough ride. I can see where the rear fenders have been hacked for the bigger wheel....

Re: Just got a free Patrol for father/son resto
Congrats on the project. Don't teach him choice words during this bonding time! Is that a crew cab Dodge sitting beside it in the 1st picture? I always thought that with a modern Cummins setup would be a cool tow rig. Spending money sounds like so much fun! Yes it is. My buddy has not only just a c...

Just got a free Patrol for father/son resto
Hi everyone. I just picked up a free Patrol from a buddy who needs it gone. I have been looking for something to build with my son for when he turns 16 (he just turned 12) and had been leaning towards an early Scout 800. When this came along I knew it would be a far better candidate! My son is very ...

Re: 67 Parting Out
Hi. I was just given a Patrol for restoration with my son so unfortunately I have nothing to trade.
I was wondering how much you would want for both doors? Thanks.
