Has anyone thought about/looked into using one of these axle trusses flipped upside down as a crossmember? Hey Esteban, I just work over in Afghanistan. I will go and update my intro a bit more. For the odometer, it is stripped on the instrument panel side. It is the brass pinion that drives the round sprocket attached to the odometer number cylinders. Here's the piece I am talking about:
