Re: WTB OEM Wheels for 69 Patrol

I have started to rethink this wheel issue. My real objective here is to have something that "looks" period correct and will accept the hubcaps I already have. Since I have a pile of 15" FJ40 steelies, I may just pull off a hub cap and see if it will fit on the Toyota wheel. Not sure ...

Who uses AOL anymore!!?????! :o :o   I worked for Apple in 1988 - 1993. Guy Kawasaki who was Apple's evangelist back in the day offered all Apple employees free AOL account. AOL was a brand new service at that time. You can imagine after 24 years with an email address how it may be hard t...

I love the hand-lamp! Does anyone know where to get one of these? Or even a replica?

If you go to ebay and search "Vintage 12v Spotlight" you will find several to choose from.

Re: 1969 Nissan Patrol Original Rust Free Survivor w/ 66K mi

Hello Patrol Brothers. I guess God want's me to keep this little gem. The Auction ended at 14K which was acceptable but the buyer was in Poland. He contacted me in advance to discuss bidding and I was OK with it. I just sold a 68 Travelall to a gentlemen in Austria and that went smoothly. Unfortunat...

Found on an ebay ad. I don't see it here so I thought I would add it to the collection.

Re: 1969 patrol on ebay 02/23/2015

Well, she ended at $12,900, Respectable but not enough to make me want to sell her. Looks like I'll be a Patrol owner for a while longer. :-)

Re: 1969 patrol on ebay 02/23/2015

Nice job! Did you do it yourself or have an upholstery shop do it? I just installed a headliner in an FJ40 (pictured below with the top off) a couple days ago and I was quickly reminded why I don't like that job :-) I didn't want to remove the top on the Patrol so I ordered the material and ...

Re: 1969 patrol on ebay 02/23/2015

Somewhat regretfully, I'm planning to part with my 1969 Patrol soon but not before I got a new headliner installed. I think it turned out very nice! This is sweet little truck, I will miss her and if she does not get sold, I won't be a bit disappointed. :-) I'll just find more space to store all the...
