Is the original oil filter system worth keeping? If so, does anyone know a resource for a new filter?

Original Patrol windshield rests
I would be interested in buying a set of the windshield rests. Cost? Payment method? My 67 L60 has 4 empty holes that need help! Thanx, Geekwood on the eastern Sierra.
