I am thinking of upgrading the distributor in my 68 G60 from the points distributor to a electronic distributor.
Has enywon dun this upgrade? I will have to upgrade the ignition circuit and coil aswell.

I have dun sum work to the 68 ute 2 long rang fule tanks 1 holds 134 litres and the 2nd holds 189 litres. now I just need to see how far it will run on 10 litres of fule to see how far I can go with both tanks fool.

do you have a Nissan patrol 60 series service manual? It has a engine removal and installation chapter in it. if you follow the steps in the manual to the letter (and don't take shortcuts!) the engine will cum out. you have 2 opshens. that is a XD falcon. thay don't have the tork that the P engine has But they are harf the wate so thay ar good on petrol and you can run them on LPG. I have a XD falcon and a marks 5speed in my 78 G60 and it flys.

Swerve makes a god point! Tack it to a steering speshelest and get a wheel alignment. if there is a problem they will know wot to do. even if it is fine a wheel alignment woodent hurt.

I am after a shasy . I need the back end that the springs hang from but I don't wont to cut a shasy from a conpleet G60. If you strip it down and ar left with a ber shasy let me know. wen I think of 3 shasys I have tacken to scrap yard over the last 18 yers
