Seems to me that your Patrol has manifolds from a P40 engine. Not sure about the carburetor but most probably is from a Nissan Junior which has a 2l - 4 cylinder engine. Yes, in fact mine was grey in the interior and still it is in some parts like inside of the panel board. I didn't realize that grey was standard color until now.
