1980 Final Parts Catalog

Service Manuals, Owner's Manuals, Parts Manuals, etc

Postby azsteve » Thu May 09, 2013 6:24 pm

Here it is, long overdue. Sorry about the delay, but it did have to make it here from Kuwait, after all...

Printed 1980, Document # C-0060L. This is the final printing parts catalog for the Patrol so if there are parts available these numbers are as good as it gets for tracking them down, I believe.

Image quality is as good as my scanner could do, which accounts for the large memory size of the file. I didn't get it pro scanned after I checked my bank account... :twocents-02cents: ... ...but I will get that done within a few months as well as getting a duplicate printed and bound for the 60patrol "lending library". It is text searchable and I added a few bookmarks for the major sections.

It is not an original printing... which peeves me a bit :x . This is a recently printed document that was done from a decent scan job on a crappy scanner. While it didn't say in the ebay ad that it was an original printing... it also didn't say that it wasn't, which I would have appreciated. But hey, what can ya do?

Just in case anyone didn't know... the individual parts can be re-combined into one document very easily. :romance-grouphug:

Btw, Leslie, you were right about the dimensions... 8.5" x 7.25". what a weird waste-of-paper size... :?:

Enjoy!

Awzum! :D The quality seems to be pretty good at first glance, I've seen much worse. Definitely useable.

Sorry that you didn't know that it was a reproduction copy. I think they were still distributed by Nissan. It doesn't make it any less desirable, IMO. ;)

Thanks for all the effort to get this done. Good stuff. :D

Try opening with Adobe Reader if you are using a different pdf viewer. I think the same problem happened to me with the Komatsu manual.

Which section/s?

I downloaded all 8 sections, then concatenated them together. I just scanned through the entire manual and it all displays fine.

I can't understand what the problem is. If I open with Adobe Reader everything is there, but very slow to refresh each page. If I open with Foxit Reader -which I prefer- most of the pages are blank.

Will try a couple of tricks tomorrow to see if they can be corrected.
