Your Patrol's doors are the two-piece doors with recessed door handles that Nissan stopped producing in mid 1966; and the windshield frame has 3 vents instead of 2, which means it also had to come from a 67 or older Patrol... 68's and 69's have 2 vents.
But honestly, I'm just nit picking here. The frame serial number, the engine serial number, and the VIN tag all match, so all the
important pieces are definitely from the original 69....
And it's a great looking truck that clearly had a lot on time and attention paid to getting it restored to such excellent condition !
