All Rubber Window & weather seals Patrol 60 60-70

Original and compatible parts

Postby datsunlandsocal » Sun Nov 02, 2014 4:34 pm

Hello to the 60 Patrol Community. This is Mike from datsunlandsocal.com. I specialize in vintage rubber seals for Datsun/Nissans. I reproduce rubber parts currently for Datsun roadster 1600, 2000, 240 260 280Z, 1200, 521, 620, 510 sedan and wagons. I have been approached by the Patrol community to possibly manufacture obsolete rubber for the 60 Patrol. Over the next 18-24 months I plan on manufacturing every piece of rubber for the 60 Patrol from 1960 - 1970. This is a long a costly process please have patience. I have never & will never ask people to prepay minimum quantities before I will manufacture. Meaning I will not take your money to make me money. I am currently working with one 60 Patrol enthusiast. Please don't hesitate to contact me with recommendations of seals you feel necessary to complete your restoration. I want to be your future 60 Patrol one stop rubber supplier. I will ship world wide
Thank you for your time. Mike datsunlandsocal.com

Hi Mike, thanks for stopping by and introducing yourself. This is an awesome task you are undertaking. It will be great to have one go-to source for all of out weather strip needs. :D I'm glad to see that you've finally realized that the Patrol community is a viable market. ;) I tried to tell you that years ago.

This is great news. Thank you for taking on this task.
1st not so obvious 2 I'm interested in are the seal between the windshield and top of the dash and the pieces between the fender and body.
The door and window rubber are a given that we need replacement material.

Hello Patrol 60 Community! The following is my first list of rubber parts for the Patrol 60 I'm currently manufacturing. Have attached photos of the parts. The windshield to dash seal will be the first one manufactured by datsunlandsocal.com. Won't be available until late January. Will be listing all the parts shown by my part (P100-P119) numbers P100,P101 and so on, on my web page soon. The first run will be a low one 30 pcs ea. Just want to gage the interest by the Patrol 60 Community. Also listed are 10 Percision Die cut parts (P110-P119) in the making pictured but not listed yet. Available mid Dec. Have sent 10-12 parts rubber bumpers, fire wall grommets that I already manufacture for review. Working on the others and will update soon. Due to the low first run count I will be taking pre orders thru may web page first ordered, first shipped. NOTE: YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED UNTIL I HAVE SHIPPED THE PARTS! The web page will just check to see if you have the funds to cover your order. datsunlandsocal.com is looking forward to supplying the Patrol 60 Community with their rubber window and weather seals.
Thank you,
Mike

Once you have the full inventory, I hope you'll be able to offer a package price for a full set for either soft top or hard top Patrols... :D
