Well started working on the 73, installed the black seats I had from the green MWB years ago, fit nicely bu =t the drivers is more angled back, feels like a jap ricer with your seat leaning way far back, so miht install the good original drivers seat, only thing that is the special grey/ black colour scheme.
I was missing one rear seat foot rubber, taking a page from hubatis I went to the hardware and bought some rubber chair feet and doorstop, tried both bu the doorstop had more useable rubber to angle correctly into the 90 degree seam. Also removed some rattle from the rear wheel carrier, installed the Patrol nameplate.
Other major gripe is the rattling from the glass and doorframes, bought some sponge rubber and just stuck already onesided adhesive to the exsisting door rubber, better but you can still hear the glass rattle as the bailey chanel is worn, it's only 37 years old
Pulled the upper frames out to remove the channel, just need to buy some and put back in. thats all for today.
