Front shackles.....Should I go with the 2" lift shocks????

That is definitely what is fondly known as a shackle lift.

Whether to keep it and get shocks accordingly is up to you. I don't know of many that have a shackle lift that extreme, it usually affects handling. On the other hand your springs are likely flat, and if you put the stock shackles back on your Patrol will sit lower.

Gotcha. So should I measure the shackle size and adjust shock size accordingly? Not sure which way to go with this..... Suggestions??

I don't think your shock size is dependent on the shackle size, I think it's more about the ride height. https://www.shocksurplus.com/blogs/shocks-101/how-to-measure-your-shocks
