Hi every one, this last weekend i made a trip to Matagalpa City here in my country and take some pictures of the 2 FirePatrol still in service in this city. This patrols were donated by the Japan Embassy at 90´s final years. Formerly they were in service at a Military Base in Japan. They are totally originals. just a couple of details to keep it in operation, some electrical issues and one of them has another carb. This patrols work every single day, in case of car accidents or minor situations so the fireman department don´t send bigger trucks. Actually this weekend i have to wait several hours, because only one was at the fireman department, the other one was at the city stadium because of the final series of baseball here in Nicaragua. It´s like unreal to see a couple of FirePatrol working every day.

Interesting Details as the poped out eyes :o :o :o
koyto headlights
NO 4WD
31K Originals Km

Pics of One of them...

Thanks for taking the time for these amazing pictures ylopez

The amount of detail that you are showing us is outstanding. Beginning with the RHD steering wheel, to the lack of 4WD but keeping the low range and basically the whole transfer box. Also the power take off for the fire pump. Tachometer, the unusual headlights housing, the list can go on and on.

My guess is that they're a 1978 model (judging for the metric bolts  )

there are a lot of interesting details, in the front behind the front bumper there is a Cooler, i think is for the fire engine to cool the oil, is connected to the radiator by hoses.
i guess this little emoticon is the best way to explain my face when i find no front differential housing:    , until i see the transfer case with the front shaft outlet sealed... :? :? :?
