Took inventory tonight
My '66 came with a lot of boxes of parts, mostly NOS, some old stuff to tinker with, and some stuff that would be fun to try and rebuild!
I tried to figure out how to post them in an album, but didn't get far when I saw the "<-----no parent" in the pull down menu!!!
So here is a bunch of pics!!

Cool collection, I'd be interested in buying/trading for one of your extra distrubutor caps.
Let me know.

Just a few more! I have 2 sets of waterproof dist points, and the last 3 are a neat Z I saw in a parking lot in Folsom a while back!

Re: Took inventory tonight
I'd be interested in the round marker lights and lenses if you decide to part with them.

Re: Took inventory tonight
Lots of very rare parts there. You would be wise not to sell them to anybody...
That's the small generator from a very early 60's truck, and that red tail light assembly, extra lenses, and the chrome bezels have been nearly impossible to find since the 1990's - nobody even knows what those are worth. I have been scrounging trying to scrape a full set of taillights and marker lights together for over a year.
so with any of those parts you don't need for your own rig- let Ebay be your friend...

Re: Took inventory tonight
When you say "truck" do you mean that the generator is not for a Patrol? I thought I could see if it's good, and rebuild it to put back on the Patrol?moore_rb wrote:Lots of very rare parts there. You would be wise not to sell them to anybody...![]()

I had an idea that I had some pretty neat parts, but not THAT neat! The thought of eBay crossed my mind with a few things, but then everyone that needs/wants parts seem to be on this forum and I didn't want anyone to see them on eBay and think I was getting greedy? I thought it would be better to see if anyone has something I was looking for to trade and if not sell stuff on here.
I have been contacted via PM already about the lenses/markers...sorry moore rb

Re: Took inventory tonight
Lotsa goodies!
Mikes Carburator has good videos and most parts for those Rochester Model B carbs.
I can't tell the size of that generator from the picture. If you measure the diameter and length, I can compare it to my known gen on my 64 truck.
I've got a spare waterproof dust cap, (but not as shiny!) I've got a spare set of new points, but what I'm really hoping to find is a spare new or used ROTOR. My 4 cyl pickup uses the same points and rotor as the waterproof 6 cyl distributor...so, if you find one of those in your pile, I'm interested.
Also, your diff cover left the post office yesterday.
