Green '66 softie on eBay

Post by RiverPatrol »

Appears to be in fair condition. Hey Miksum56 - it's the same green as yours, only it's a softie, and faded.

I love the RatPatrol emblem:

The listing ended due to an error in the listing. Hopefully it will get relisted.

Dang! Georgetown is right up the road from me! Perhaps Northern California is where all Patrols ultimately migrate to! Also, remember that that last Patrol I heard come out of this neck of the woods had a Marks 5-speed in it... I'm just sayin'

If anyone is interested, I'm happy to do some recon if it gets relisted.

This is a good one....and a softie.....I'd try hard for it if I did not already have a 62 softie project......and what a great addition for the compatible parts list....an alternate door latch.

Just talked to Jim (owner Ratpatrol) and he just got this from a neighbors estate sale as he passed away 3 weeks ago. Jim strikes me as "a good ol boy" and loves to chat. Has trouble with pics but can provide them by cell phone easily. I got his # pm me if interested. He happens to be passing by my place tomorrow so I invited him to see mine. With help from Leslie I got a good idea what mine is worth so I'm gonna review pics he brings and try to price his. I will consider his comp to mine so now heres the BIG question. With no soft top frame how many bucks should I add to price since it is a softie??? :hand:

Thats a tough one and I'm so shy.....
....10-20% more without top frame, 20-30% with frame....thats where I'd start.

Just got about 10 pics of this thing from owner Jim, a good guy I think.Less than 2 hours to go and I am VERY impressed with it. At $4500 which I think is about right a week ago. Now that mine is doing so well I think this one is a good deal. I think miles are really 60k has both rear hubcaps and 1 orig glass tail lite. I suck at pics on here but can send between cells easily. Ends soon

The hubcaps are from an FJ40.
