Ran across the following ad. It appears he is looking to get these items to a good home before he junks the stuff.
definitely rusty form weather exposure, but who knows one mans junk is another's treasure.

I have an engine, transmission/transaxle, front and rear axle assemblies. All items are complete but have been out in the weather. Lots of hard to find small parts there, and maybe even some of the big pieces may be usable if the water ingress has been minimal. (What does the song say.......it never rains in California?)

Wish I was close to that stuff, would scarf it up.
